Modern antihistamines in treating allergies: current trends in symptomatic therapy of allergic conditions

Allergic diseases are a serious problem in modern medicine. It is not only a question of pollinosis, but also of other allergic diseases such

as bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, angioedema or anaphylactic reaction.

Antihistamines play one of the major roles in the treatment of these conditions.
