Klinická studie hodnotila léčebný efekt a toleranci felodipinu u dětí s primární hypertenzí. Použita byla léková forma s prodlouženým uvolňováním, felodipin byl podáván v jedné denní dávce.

Essential hypertension in childhood - clinical experience with felodipine

Clinical trial was to evaluate the dose-response and tolerability of the felodipine extended release tablets, given once daily to pediatric patients with essential hypertension.
